Abel Ramiro Ybarra

La Blanca- Abel Ramiro Ybarra, 89, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at his residence in La Blanca, Texas.

Mr. Ybarra was born on May 20, 1933 to Mr. Benigno Ybarra and Mrs. Helena C. Ybarra in Mercedes, Texas.

Mr. Ybarra is preceded in death by his parents; Mr. Benigno Ybarra and Mrs. Helena C. Ybarra; his son, Alberto R. Ybarra; his brothers, Santiago "Jimmy" Ybarra, Manuel Ibarra, Roberto Ybarra, Arnoldo Ybarra; his sisters, Margarita Moreno, Virginia Ybarra; his son-in-law, Oliel Villarreal.

Left to cherish his memories are his Loving Wife, Rosalia M. Ybarra; his sons, Arnoldo M. (Socorro Vega) Ybarra, Abel Ramiro (Hortencia) Ybarra Jr., Alonzo (Olga) Ybarra; his daughters, Rosalia (Jose Luis) Hinojosa, Virginia (Omar) Castelan, Edna M. Ybarra, his daughter in law, Liliana Sanchez Ybarra; 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mr. Abel Ramiro Ybarra is scheduled for Sunday, December 4, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm and on Monday, December 5, 2022 from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
