Edcouch- Adelina M. Venegas, 85, went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 17, 2022 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen.

Mrs. Venegas was born on August 12, 1936 to Mr. Eufemio Morales and Mrs. Anita Gonzalez in Mexico.

Adelina is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Vicente Venegas; her son, Arturo Venegas; her brother, Efrain Morales and her son-in-law, Noe Marroquin.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, her son, Eloy Venegas; her daughters, Carmen Marroquin & Elsa Venegas; her sisters, Ninfa De Leon & Juanita Lozano; 12 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation for Mrs. Adelina M. Venegas is scheduled for Monday, June 20, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 10:00 am at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels. Interment will follow at Anauhac Community Cemetery in Edcouch.

Serving as Pallbearers are Eddy Marroquin,Joel Rivera Jr.,Joshua Rivera,Carlos Acosta,Evan Garcia and Devan García.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.

La Sra. Venegas nació el 12 de agosto de 1936, hija del Sr. Eufemio Morales y la Sra. Anita González en México.

Adelina es precedida en la muerte por sus padres; su esposo, Vicente Venegas; su hijo, Arturo Venegas; su hermano, Efraín Morales y su yerno, Noé Marroquín.

Quedan para atesorar sus recuerdos sus hijos, su hijo, Eloy Venegas; sus hijas, Carmen Marroquín y Elsa Venegas; sus hermanas, Ninfa De León y Juanita Lozano; 12 nietos, 35 bisnietos y 7 tataranietos.

Adelina M. Venegas está programada para el lunes 20 de junio de 2022 de 3:00 p. m.a 8:00 p. m. con un Servicio de oración a las 6:00 p. m. en Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Angels en Elsa. El Servicio fúnebre se llevará a cabo el martes 21 de junio de 2022 a las 10:00 a.m. en Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Angels. El entierro seguirá en el Cementerio Comunitario de Anauhac en Edcouch.
