Alvaro Cedillo

Donna, Texas - Alvaro Cedillo, 79, passed away to be with the Lord on January 13, 2023 at his residence in Donna.

Mr. Cedillo was born on December 10, 1943 in Mexico to Mr. Bacilio Cedillo & Mrs. Lina Cedillo in Estacion San Juan,m Cadereyta Jim, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

He is preceded in death by his brothers; Melecio Cedillo, Reyes Cedillo, Rogelio Cedillo, Luis Cedillo, his sisters; Guadalupe Benitez, Matilde Calderon, Librada Trevino, and Emilia Castillo.

Alvaro Cedillo is survived by his daughters; Leticia Cedillo and Lina Cedillo (Adolfo); his sons; Hector Cedillo (Leticia), Steven Cedillo, Ruben Cedillo (Melissa) and Christopher Cedillo (Mayra); his brother, Guadalupe Cedillo; his sister, Maria Infante; 23 grand children and 21 great grand children.

Visitation for Alvaro Cedillo is scheduled for Thursday, January 19, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of the Heavens. A Chapel service is scheduled on Friday, January 20, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco-Chapel of the Heavens. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
