Donna- Arturo Cesar Garcia, 67, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at his residence.

He was born on September 23, 1953 to Mr. Gilberto Garcia and Mrs. Minerva Ramirez Perez in Rio Bravo, Tamps. Mexico.

He is preceded in death by his father and his brother: Gumaro Garcia.

Left to cherish his memories is his wife: Rosalinda Garcia; his son: Arturo (Laura) Garcia Jr., his daughters: Blanca Estela (Raul Pena) Garcia, Minerva (Oliver Castillo) Garcia; his mother Minerva Ramirez Perez; his brothers: Gilberto Garcia, Oscar Garcia, Eleazar Garcia; his sisters: Leticia Garcia, San Juana Garcia, Minerva Garcia, Veronica Garcia, Nierda Garcia; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 22, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of Heavens in Elsa. Chapel Service will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 10:00 am at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
