Arturo Garcia Guerra

Weslaco - Arturo Garcia Guerra, 70, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2022.

He was born in Valle Hermoso, Mexico, son of Manuel Garcia Aguirre and Maria Garcia Guerra. He is preceded in death by his brother, Everardo Garcia.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Patricia Martinez Garcia; his parents; his children, Ana Maria Ball (Adam), Arturo Garcia Jr. (Ramona), Sulema Garcia Espinoza (Luis), Cesar Geronimo Garcia (Sandra), Rolando Garcia (Laura), Julio Cesar Jasso, Gabriela Alejandra Jasso, Maritza Natalia Jasso, Ana Cristina Jasso; brothers, Florencio Garcia, Juan Garcia, Armando Garcia, Jose Luis Garcia, Carlos Garcia, Wally Garcia; sisters, Nelly Martinez, Angie Garcia and Lupita Garcia. Also surviving him are 19 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 14, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm. Visitation will resume on Monday, August 15, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a prayer service at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Angels in Weslaco. Graveside service is scheduled for Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 9:00 am at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Artruo Garcia Jr., Cesar Geronimo Garcia, Rolando Garcia, Julio Cesar Jasso, Armando Garcia, Juan Garcia, Florencio Garcia and Wally Garcia. Honorary pallbearers will be Santos Cesar Guerrero, Arren Garcia, Jose Luis Garcia, and Carlos Garcia.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Weslaco.
