Weslaco, Texas - Arturo C. Vasquez, 62, passed away to be with the Lord on October 6, 2024 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen,TX.

Mr. Vasquez was born on June 11, 1962 in Nuevo Progreso Tamaulipas Mexico to Mr. Francisco Vasquez & Mrs. Guadalupe Cardenas.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Arturo C. Vasquez is survived by his wife, Belinda Garza Vasquez; two daughters, Kelley Vasquez, Valerie Vasquez; five grandchildren, Barbie Vasquez, Ken Vasquez, Angel Gutierrez, Jaylyn Perdue & Jayla Perdue; one brother, Francisco Vasquez; one sister, Irma Chairez; his godson, Adrian Guerra; his goddaughter, Brenda Guerra. Also surviving are 2 adopted grandchildren, Alexis Guerra & Edgar Guerra.

Visitation for Arturo C. Vasquez is scheduled for Wednesday, October 9, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home Weslaco - Chapel of The Heavens with a 7:00 PM Rosary. A 10:00 AM Funeral Mass is scheduled for Thursday, October 10, 2024 at San Martin De Porres Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Sacred Park Cemetery in Mercedes, TX.
