She was born on June 20, 1927 to Mr. Jack Driver and Mrs. Mildred Vainwright.

Mrs. Riley is preceded in death by her parents; her son: Richard Smith; her brother: Richard Vainwright; her sister: Janie Vaughn.

Left to cherish Mrs. Betty S. Riley is her daughter-in-law: Vicki Eckenrode; her niece: Debbie (Robert) Lowrey; her grandchild: Stephanie Ruble; her great-grandchild: Christopher Ruble.

Visitation for Mrs. Betty S. Riley is scheduled for Friday, February 12, 2021 from 11: 00 am to 12:30 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park of Weslaco.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
