Visitation for Baby Carlos Isai Flores is scheduled for Thursday, July 28, 2022 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm followed by a Chapel Service at 1:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens in Elsa. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
