Mr. Moreno Celedon was born November 4, 1961 in Harlingen, Texas, son of Francisco Moreno and Santo Celedon. He is preceded in death by his parents and a son, Jesse Garduza.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Luz De Alba Garduza; children, Reynaldo Garduza, Cecilia Peña, Jose Luis Garduza, Emmanuel Garduza. Also surviving him are 19 grandchildren and 1 grandchild.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday,May 27, 2023 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
