Carlos Perez

Brownsville - Carlos Perez, 93, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at Sunshine Haven.

Mr. Perez was born November 4, 1930 in Guanajuato, Mexico, son of Waldo Perez and Juana Ramirez. He is preceded in death by his wife, Elida Rios Mares; his parents, brothers, Esteban Moreno, Jose Perez. Jesus Moreno; sisters, Paula Ahumada, Felicitas Giron, Quirina Perez and Jacinta Perez.

Left to cherish his memories are his children, Juan Carlos Perez, Ruben Ubaldo Perez, Ildelfonso Perez, Rosa Maria Perez, Lorena Perez, Aide Perez and Martin Valencia. Also surviving him are 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 5, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. As per his wishes he will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
