Carmen Rodriguez Ramirez

Elsa- Carmen Rodriguez Ramirez, 88, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at her residence in Elsa, Texas.

She was born on April 23, 1934 to Mr. Rafael Rodriguez and Mrs. Eugenia Ramirez in Mexico.

Mrs. Rodriguez is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Concepcion Medrano; her son, Juan Luis Medrano; her brothers, Francisco Rodriguez and Nicolas Rodriguez; her sisters, Rita Paramo, Maria Hernandez, Luz Castillo, Eulalia Coronado.

Left to cherish her memories is her daughters, Cristina M. (Juan) Ortiz, Anabel (Gus) Guerra, Blanca (Baldo) Silva, Mary (Paul) Gonzales, Alma Linda (Jaime) Rosillo, Maria del Carmen (Marcelo Rosillo) Medrano; her sister, Adela Leon; 19 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mrs. Carmen Rodriguez Ramirez is scheduled for Wednesday, October 19, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. Visitation will continue on Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
