Cecilio Astello Garcia

Brownsville - Cecilio Astello Garcia, 63, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021.

Mr. Astello Garcia was born November 23, 1957 on Tamaulipas, Mexico, son of Juan Astello Vega and Julia Garcia De Leon de Astello. He is preceded in death by his wife, Maria del Rosario Coronado Astello; his mother and a sister, Rosa Linda Hernandez.

Left to cherish his memories are his children, Juan De Dios Astello, Emmanuel Astello, Rosa Nelly Astello, Myra Alejandra Astello, Cecilio Astello Jr., Julio Cesar Astello, Jose Hebert Astello Torres; his father; brothers, Benjamin Astello, Armando Astello; sisters, Celestina Astello, Maria Del Rosario Astello, Maria Guadalupe Astello and Adelina Hinojosa. Also surviving him are 21 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021 from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a rosary at
5 p.m. at Salinas Funeral Home-Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. As per his wishes, he will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
