Celedonio Cardenas Jr.

Brownsville - Celedonio Cardenas Jr., 52, passed away Sunday, September 3. 2023 at his residence in Brownsville.

Mr. Cardenas was born May 28, 1971 in Brownsville, Texas, son of Celedonio Cardenas Sr. and Andrea Cardenas Trevino. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Moraima Chacon; his sons, Benjamin Ramos, Celedonio Cardenas III, Treannie Arch, Alexander Sustaita, Sebastian Cardenas, Santiago Cardenas; daughters, Krystal Ramos, Andrea Cardenas, Yolanda Cardenas, Ayana Cardenas and his sisters, Patricia Cardenas and Bertha Cardenas. Also surviving him is his aunt Maria Elena Trevino.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. As per his wishes, he will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Brownsville.
