Concepcion Sauceda

Brownsville — Concepcion Sauceda, 67, passed away Sunday, July 12, 2020, at Valley Baptist Medical Center.

Mrs. Sauceda was born on March 9, 1953, in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, daughter of Jose Manuel Flores and Generosa Ahumada.

She is preceded in death by her father; son Roberto Sauceda Jr.; sister, Juana Amelia Flores. Left to cherish her memories is her husband, Roberto Sauceda Sr.; children, Nelda Sauceda (Jose Garcia), Miguel Sauceda (Veronica), Jose Alonso Sauceda (Raquel), Yolanda Sauceda (Pablo Castillo), Alvaro Sauceda (Griselda), Elizabeth Sauceda (Javier Garcia); brothers, Cesar Flores and Jose Manuel Flores; sisters, Blanca Estela Flores, Mayra Flores. Also surviving her are 23 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 16, 2020, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. Rosary at Salinas Funeral Home — Chapel of the Heavens. Funeral chapel service will be on Friday, July 17, 2020, at 2 p.m. at Salinas Funeral Home — Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. Interment will follow at Rose Lawn Burial Park.
