Donna- Cruz G. Rodriguez, 83, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at her residence in Donna.

Mrs. Rodriguez was born on September 14, 1940 to Mr. Tiburcio Gonzalez and Mrs. Guadalupe Castro Gonzalez in Cristobal, Texas.

Mrs. Rodriguez is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Tiburcio Gonzalez and Mrs. Guadalupe Castro Gonzalez; her husband, Hector B. Rodriguez; her son-in-law, Saul Valdez; her brothers, Valerio Gonzalez, Juan Gonzalez, Antonio Gonzalez; her sisters, Dora Canales, Julia Villarreal; her grandchildren, Martin Rodriguez Jr., Udele Rodriguez, Pamela J. Valdez.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Hector (Patty) Rodriguez Jr., Havial Rodriguez, Ricky (Nora Bueno) Rodriguez; her daughters, Yolanda R. (Martin) Rodriguez, Susana R. Valdez, Antonia R. (Enrique) Magana; her brothers, Baldemar Gonzalez, Jesus Gonzalez; her sisters, Maria Benitez, Angelita Sierra; 14 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mrs. Cruz G. Rodriguez is scheduled for Sunday, November 26, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of Grace in Weslaco. Visitation will continue on Monday, November 27, 2023 from 10:00 am to 1:40 pm followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 pm at New Life Temple in Donna. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
