Delia Garza

Elsa- Delia P. Garza, 84, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at her residence in Elsa.

She was born on July 22, 1937 to Mr. Espiridion Perez and Mrs. Celia G. Perez in Mercedes, Texas.

Mrs. Garza is preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Garza; her parents, Mr. Espiridion Perez and Mrs. Celia G. Perez; her sisters, Olga Solis & Edilia Rodriguez.

Left to cherish her memories is her son, Mark (Belen) Garza; her daughters, Sylvia (Rey) Arteaga, Erika (Robert) Johnson and her grandchildren: Kassandra Garza, Mark Garza II, Bianca Garza, Savannah Garza, Roberto Johnson, Isabel Johnson, Pablo Arteaga.

Visitation for Mrs. Delia P. Garza is scheduled for Sunday, July 10, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, July 11, 2022 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
