Efrain Garza

Elsa, Texas - Efrain Garza, 66, passed away to be with the Lord on February 5, 2025 at Weslaco Nursing and Rehab.

Mr. Garza was born on May 7, 1958 in Weslaco, TX. to Mr. Guadalupe Villalon Garza & Mrs. Trinidad Rodriguez Garza.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents and his brother Reynaldo Garza.

Efrain Garza is survived by his life time partner Belinda Cantu, the mother of his children Vilma Beltran Cristo, his son Efrain Angelo Garza Jr., his daughters Reyes Annette Garza and Luciana (Orlando) Cabrera, his brothers; Joe Amador, Arnoldo Amador, Omero Garza, Lino Garza, Tony Garza and Ruben Garza, his sisters; Elida Jackson, Vaita Pena, Silvia Salazar, Ninfa Ozuna, Mary Lou Garza and Linda Salinas. He is also survived by his seven beloved grandchildren, who will cherish his memory and legacy.

Visitation for Efrain Garza is scheduled for Monday, February 10, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa- Chapel of the Heavens. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for Tuesday, February 11,2025 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
