Edcouch- Efrain Guerrero Jr., 31, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021 in Edinburg, Texas.
Mr. Guerrero was born on July 18, 1989 to Mr. Efrain Guerrero and Mrs. Minerva Moreno Guerrero in Weslaco, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Mr. Alejandro & Mrs. Juanita Guerrero; his maternal grandfather: Juan Moreno; his father in law: Eleazar Fuentes.
Left to cherish his memories is his wife: Lizette Fuentes Guerrero; his son: John Michael Guerrero; his daughters: Liara Elenor Guerrero & Elaina Mae Guerrero; his parents: Mr. Efrain Guerrero and Mrs. Minerva Moreno Guerrero; his brother: Michael Anthony Guerrero; his maternal grandmother: Estela Moreno; his mother in law: Rosalva Rivera; numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
Mr. Guerrero was a fearless, hardworking, outgoing and social man. He also served as a EMT-Paramedic at Allegiance Mobile Health Emergency Medical Services in Corpus Christi, Texas. Mr. Guerrero was an ambit Houston Astros fan and enjoyed baseball. If you would ask someone about Efrain they would definitely say he was very kind and a mentor to others. Always putting other first. During his lifetime he coached soccer with the little league girls division. Efrain was a baseball player for the Edcouch-Elsa Yellow Jacket Varsity and was Class of 2007.
He will be missed greatly by all who loved and knew him.
The Guerrero and Fuentes Family will receive family and friends on Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels. Visitation will continue on Friday, July 2, 2021 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm with a Chapel Service at 2:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
