Elsa, Texas - Elisa Martinez, 78, passed away to be with the Lord on January 8, 2023 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance .

Mrs. Martinez was born on May 4, 1944 in Castroville, TX. to Mr. Abdon Rodriguez & Mrs. Nicolasa Rodriguez.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jose Heriberto Martinez Sr. and her son Joe Martinez Jr and her sister, Carmen Abad.

Elisa Martinez is survived by her daughter; Sylvia Martinez, her sons; Roberto Saucillo and Steven Martinez (Melissa) her brothers; Victor Rodriguez, Joe Rodriguez, Abdon Rodriguez Jr., David Rodriguez, Oscar Rodriguez, Danny Rodriguez, Harvey Rodriguez and her sister Josie Gonzales.

Visitation for Elisa Martinez is scheduled for Monday, January 16, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels. As per her wishes, Ms. Martinez will be cremated at a later date.
