Emma Vega

Elsa- Emma F. Vega, 89, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at her residence in Elsa.

Mrs. Vega was born on May 28, 1934 to Mr. Fedrico Farias and Mrs. Sara Flores Farias in Los Ebanos, Texas.

Mrs. Vega is preceded by her loving husband, Pablo G. Vega; her parents, Mr. Fedrico Farias and Mrs. Sara Flores Farias; her son-in-law, Jesus Ayala Jr.; her brother, Roel Farias; her sisters, Aminta Pena & Norma Garcia.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Pablo Gabriel (Dora) Vega Jr., Albert (Norma) Vega; her daughters, Dalia V. (Roy) Sanchez, Diana Vega; her brothers, Heriberto Farias, Arturo Farias, Felipe Farias, Lupe Farias; her sisters, Ercilia Rendon, Imelda Alvarado, Gloria Garza, Azalia Rios; 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mrs. Emma F. Vega is scheduled for Wednesday, December 27, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of Angels. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
