Enrique de la Torre

Enrique de la Torre, 64, left this world peacefully on March 17, 2025 in Brownsville, Tx. He was a loving husband, dedicated father, and cherished family man.

Enrique grew up in Guadalajara, Jalisco, where he developed a strong work ethic and deep love for his family. His inspiring presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to have known him.

Enrique was a man of faith. His greatest love was his family, always putting their needs first. He was a pillar of strength and support for them. Always there to offer support, guidance, love, and a hearty laugh. He cherished family gatherings, and his presence brought warmth and joy to those around him.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Maria del Carmen de la Torre Ramirez; his children, Jorge de la Torre (Jennifer), Maria Velasquez (Victor), and Margarita de la Torre; his 6 grandchildren who will miss him dearly; his sisters, Maria Elena de la Torre, Maria del Carmen de la Torre and Martha Patricia de la Torre

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a rosary at 5:00 pm. at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Angels in Brownsville. A funeral chapel service is scheduled for Friday, March 21, 2025 at 10:00 am with interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Brownsville.
