Esmeralda Guel

Donna - Esmeralda Guel, 40, passed away Sunday, August 8, 2021 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco.

Ms. Guel was born October 26, 1980 in Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas, Mexico, daughter Benjamin Guel Cruz and Maria Elisa De La O Gonzalez. She is preceded in death by her father.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Jose Guadalupe Cruz Garcia; sons, Jose Alexis Cruz, William Yair Cruz, Alexander Cruz; daughters, Clarissa Esmeralda Guel, Samantha Cruz, Brianna Cruz, Giselle Cruz; her mother; brother, Jose Guel; sister Martha Guel. She is also survived by a grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 14. 2021 from 4 pm to 8 pm with a prayer service at 6 pm at Salinas Funeral Home-Chapel of the Heavens in Elsa. As per her wishes, she will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Elsa.
