She was born on October 18, 1952 to Mr. Manuel Sanchez and Mrs. Martha Sanchez in Mexico.

Mrs. Garcia is preceded in death by her parents; her Loving Husband: Norberto Garcia; her daughter: Maria Isabel Garcia; her brothers: Felipe Garza Sanchez & Tomas Garza Sanchez; her grandson: Marques Alexis Garcia.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons: Felipe Garcia, Norberto (Gina) Garcia Jr., Cristobal Garcia; her daughters: Librada (Alberto) Rodriguez, Maria Esther (Noe) Leal, Cristina (Paul) Rios, Marta (Antonio) Garcia; her brothers: Jesus Garza Sanchez, Felix Garza Sanchez, Manuel Garza Sanchez; her sisters: Eva Garza Sanchez, Angelina Garza Sanchez, Guadalupe Garza Sanchez, Francisco Garza Sanchez, Maria del Carmen Garza Sanchez, San Juanita Garza Sanchez; 20 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

All Funeral Services are private as per the families wishes.
