Elsa- Ezequiel Salazar Jr., 79, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at his residence in Elsa.

Mr. Salazar was born on November 15, 1943 to Mr. Ezequiel Salazar Sr. & Mrs. Aurelia G. Salazar in Lasara, Texas.

Mr. Salazar is preceded by his parents, Mr. Ezequiel Salazar Sr. & Mrs. Aurelia G. Salazar; his brother, Ramiro Salazar.

Left to cherish his memories is his Loving Wife, Isabel G. Salazar; his sons, Ricardo (Katrina M.) Salazar, Ezequiel Omar (Erica) Salazar; his brothers, Ricardo Salazar, Ernesto Salazar; his sisters, Gloria Flores, Lydia Harlacher; his grandchildren, Neressa M. Salazar, Mateo R. Salazar, Antonio D. Salazar, Eric A. Garza; his great-grandchildren, Nevaeh I. Garza, Odilia F. Garza, Elaina A. Garza.

Visitation for Mr. Ezequiel Salazar Jr is scheduled for Monday, May 1, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
