Weslaco - Florencio Luna, 68, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2024 at Harlingen Medical Center.
Mr. Luna was born March 1, 1956 in Anahuac, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, son of Florencio Luna Torres and Eulalia Rodriguez Luna. He is preceded in death by his wife, Carmen Mireya Luna; his parents and a brother, Victor Luna Rodriguez.
Left to cherish his memories are his children, Carmen Zulema Luna, Florencio Ismael Luna (America), Carlos Alberto Luna (Rosita), Jose Adolfo Luna (Luisa); his siblings, Alicia Luna Rodriguez, Josefina Luna Rodriguez, Socorro Luna Rodriguez, Eulalia Luna Rodriguez, Rodolfo Luna Rodriguez and Alberto Luna Rodriguez. Also surviving him are 12 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, May 6, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Weslaco. A funeral mass is scheduled for Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 10:00 am at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church followed by interment at Weslaco City Cemetery.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Weslaco.
