Genoveva Cordoba de Hinojosa

Brownsville - Genoveva Cordoba de Hinojosa, 65, passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Valley Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Hinojosa was born January 3, 1955 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico. daughter of Esteban Cordoba Torres and Germana Robles Gonzalez. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Surviving her is her husband, Juan Angel Hinojosa; son Miguel Angel (Esperanza) Hinojosa; daughters, Lilia Hinojosa, Gabriela (Mario A.) Pena, Ana Gabriela Molina; brothers,Arturo Cordoba, Luis Cordoba; sisters, Maria Elena Cruz, Minerva Gonzalez, Alicia Cordoba, Also surviving her are 12 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 10, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. Prayer Service at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. Funeral chapel service will be Saturday, July 11, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. Interment will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
