Guadalupe Cervantes Galvan

Brownsville - Guadalupe Cervantes Galvan, 79, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2022 at Valley Baptist Medical Center.

Mr. Galvan was born March 16, 1943 in Brownsville, Texas. Son of Domingo Cervantes and Viola Galvan. He is preceded in death by a son, Lupe Galvan; his parents; brother Martin Cervantes and sister, Francisca Ledezma.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Gloria Martinez; children, Miguel Cervantes, Daniel Cervantes, Emilio Cuevas, Juan Jose Cervantes, Viola Chapa, Janie Cervantes, Milagros Cervantes, Marisela Cervantes, Felipe Cervantes, Sabino Cervantes. Also surviving him are numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 28, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. As per his wishes, he will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
