Progeso- Guillermo Garces, 59, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 15, 2022 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas.

He was born on August 20, 1962 to Mr. Martin Garces Sr. and Mrs. Cresencia Garces in Mexico.

Mr. Garces is preceded in death by his mother: Mrs. Cresencia Garces; his brother: Ismael Garces.

Left to cherish his memories is his Loving Wife: San Juana Garces; his sons: Juan Carlos Rivera, Guillermo (Guadalupe Diaz) Garces Jr., Martin Garces; his daughters: Cresencia (Oved R. Gonzalez) Garces, Crystal A. (Jose A. Hernandez) Garces, Janie Garces, Jeanette A. (Emilio Villarreal III) Garces; his father: Martin Garces Sr. ; his brothers :Martin Garces Jr, Rafael Garces, Toribio Garces, Antono Garces; 17 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Visitation for Mr. Guillermo Garces is scheduled for Wednesday, April 20, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens in Elsa. Visitation will continue on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm followed by a Chapel Service at 2:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens. Interment will follow at Sacred Park Cemetery in Mercedes.
