Donna, Texas - Higinia Carrizales, 96, passed away to be with the Lord on March 29, 2025 at DHR Hospice.
Mrs. Carrizales born on January 11, 1929 in Matehuala, San Luis Potosi MX. to Mr. Paulino Alvarez & Mrs. Ambrosia Perez.
She is preceded in death by both of her parents, her sons, Ismael Carrizales and Juan Carrizales, her daughter Romana Calderon and her son in law Blas Soto.
Higinia Carrizales is survived by her husband, Ignacio Carriales, her son Jesus Carrizales her daughter Maria (+Blas) Soto, and Cristina Carrizales, her brothers Antonio Alvarez and Esteban Alvarez, her sister Julia Alvarez, 23 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation for Higinia Carrizales is scheduled for Tuesday, April 01, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco- Chapel of the Heavens. A Funeral Service is scheduled on Wednesday, April 02,2025 at 2:00 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Donna. Interment will follow at Donna City Cemetery.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
