Weslaco- Ida Abeldano, 50, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at MD Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Mrs. Abeldano was born on April 19, 1973 to Mr. Rodolfo Perez Sr. and Mrs. Angelita C. Perez in Weslaco, Texas.

Ida is preceded in death by her father, Mr. Rodolfo Perez Sr.

Left to cherish her memories are her Loving Husband, Pedro Abeldano Jr.; her sons, Anthony Abraham Abeldano & Andrew Hunter Abeldano; her mother, Mrs. Angelita C. Perez; her brothers, Rodolfo (Jessica) Perez Jr., George (Sylvia) Perez; her sister, Joanna Perez.

Visitation for Mrs. Ida Abeldano is scheduled for Monday, May 8, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and visitation will continue on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens in Weslaco. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 10:00 am at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Weslaco. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
