Ignacio M. Gonzalez

La Villa- Ignacio M. Gonzalez, 76, went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 7, 2022 at Regional One Health Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Mr. Gonzalez was born on July 31, 1946 to Mr. Ramon Gonzalez and Mrs. Ignacia M. Gonzalez in Lyford, Texas.

Mr. Gonzalez is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Ramon Gonzalez and Mrs. Ignacia M. Gonzalez and his sister, Marcos Hernandez.

Left to cherish Mr. Ignacio M. Gonzalez memories are his Loving Wife, Felicidad S. Gonzalez; his son, Rene A. (Trisha) Gonzalez; his daughters, Hilda (Simon) Gonzalez-Cabrera, Angelica (Rene) Gonzalez-Castillo; his brothers, Guadalupe Gonzalez, Julio Gonzalez, Miguel Gonzalez, Federico Gonzalez, Salvador Gonzalez, Juan Gonzalez; his sisters, Lourdes Ramirez & Sulema Hill; 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mr. Ignacio M. Gonzalez is scheduled for Sunday, November 13, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens in Weslaco. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 10:00 am at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Edcouch. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
