Donna- Jaime Benitez, 59, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2020, at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco.

Mr. Benitez was born on November 5, 1960, to Mr. Roberto Benitez and Mrs. Hilaria Olivo Benitez in Weslaco, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his sisters: Belia Colunga & Ofelia Rodriguez.

Left to cherish his memories is his wife: Maria Elena Salinas; his sons: Gilbert Joel Benitez, Jaime (Yvette Cordova) Benitez Jr.; his daughters: Hilaria (Donald) Cantu, Kimberly (Albert Hernandez) Benitez, Stephany (Mario H. Garza Jr.) Benitez; his brothers: Roberto Benitez, Hugo Garcia, Jose Garcia; his sisters: Ida Dimas, Janie Zamora, Alicia Zamora, Delia Jaramillo and 7 grandchildren.

Visitation for Mr. Jaime Benitez is scheduled for Sunday, August 16, 2020, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home-Chapel of the Heavens in Elsa. Cremation will take place at a later date.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
