Jesus R. Garza

Brownsville - Jesus R. Garza, 75, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville.

Mr. Garza was born August 12, 1947, in Brownsville, Texas. Son of Sabas Garza and Juana Reyes Garza. He is preceded in death by his son Alexander Garza; his parents; brothers: Sabas Garza, Martin Garza, Camilo Garza, Jose Garza, Juan Garza, Noe Garza, Santos Garza and his sister Josefina Lopez.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife Martha E. Gonzalez Garza; his daughters: Natalia Garza Guerrero (Silverio III), Monica Chaney (Zachery). Also surviving him are his grandchildren Clarissa Guerrero, Martha Guerrero, Olitza Guerrero, Silia Guerrero, Ethan Chaney and Brooke Chaney and Estrella Garza.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. As per his wishes, he will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
