WESLACO, Texas - Jorge Omar Jimenez Escalante, 45, passed away to be with the Lord on February 12, 2023 at Knapp Medical Center.


Mr. Jimenez Escalante was born on December 5, 1977 in Reynosa, Tamaulipas to Mr. Jesus Jimenez & Mrs. Eloisa Jimenez.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents Mr. Jesus Jimenez & and Eloisa Jimenez.

Jorge Omar Jimenez Escalante is survived by his loving wife, Alejandra Jimenez, his sons; Omar Jimenez, Jorge Jimenez, Alexis Jimenez, Nelson Jimenez and Leonardo Jimenez, his daughters; Alina Jimenez and Aylin Jimenez, his brothers; Nelson Jimenez, Nelson Decoss, Jose Luis Bautista Jr. Jaime Waldo Bautista, Jesse Ted Bautista, his sister. Brenda Bautista.

Visitation for Jorge Omar Jimenez Escalante is scheduled for Tuesday, February 14, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 9 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at Chapel of the Grace-Weslaco. As per his wishes, Mr. Jimenez Escalante will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
