Jose Guadalupe Alvarado

Weslaco- Jose Guadalupe Alvarado, 71, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Rio Grande Regional Medical Center in McAllen, Texas.

He was born on September 2, 1950 to Mr. Rosalio Alvarado and Mrs. Angelica Medellin Alvarado in Mexico.

Mr. Alvarado is preceded in death by his parents and his brother: Pedro Alvarado.

Left to cherish to his memories is his Loving Wife: Elizabeth Alvarado; his sons: Ismael (Irene Garces de Alvarado) Alvarado, Jacob (Jennifer Mireles) Alvarado, Jonathan Alvarado; his daughters: Edith (John) Alvarado Lacroix, Ivette (Alex) Alvarado Contreras; his brother: Arnoldo Alvarado; his sister: Alicia Elisetche; 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mr. Jose Guadalupe Alvarado is scheduled for Thursday, February 3, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 4, 2022 at 10:00 am at Templo Ebenezer Church in Weslaco. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
