Mr. Bulnes was born on January 11, 1968 to Mr. Felix Bulnes and Mrs. Ramona Bulnes in Joliet, Illinois.
Mr. Bulnes is preceded in death by his parents.
Left to cherish his memories is his Loving Wife, Gloria Davila Bulnes; his children, Jocelynn Marie Bulnes, Joseph Daily, Joey Bulnes, Jennifer Bulnes and 5 grandchildren.
Visitation for Mr. Jose Angel Bulnes is scheduled for Sunday, September 17, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of Grace in Weslaco. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 18, 2023 at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Weslaco. As per his wishes, he will be cremated at a later date.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
