Mr. Moreno was born on May 22, 1920, to Mr, Encarnacion Moreno and Mrs. Francisca Marez Moreno in Edinburg.
Mr. Moreno is preceded in death by his parents; his siblings; his sons: Reynaldo Moreno, Juan Moreno, Ernesto Moreno; his daughters: Josefina Acala and Elva Tovar.
Left to cherish his memories is his sons: Margarito Moreno, Encarnacion Moreno, Rafael Moreno and Rodolfo Moreno; his daughters: Francisca Garcia and Alicia Moreno and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A Graveside service will be celebrated onMonday, August 24, 2020, at 10:00 am at Valle de La Paz Cemetery in Hargill, Texas.
Funeral Service have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
