He was born on August 22, 1957 to Mr. Apolonio Ramirez Palacios and Mrs. Antonia Olivarez Perez in Toreon Choahuila, Mexico.

Mr. Ramirez is preceded in death by his father, Apolonio Ramirez Palacios.

Left to cherish his memories is his mother, Antonia Olivarez Perez; his brother, David Ramirez Olivarez; his sisters, Leticia Ramirez Olivarez and Araceli Ramirez Olivarez.

Funeral Services for Mr. Jose Manuel Ramirez Olivarez will be private as per the families request.
