Jose Nicolas Rodriguez

Harlingen- Jose Nicolas Rodriguez Jr., 70, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at his residence in Harlingen.

Mr. Rodriguez was born on April 12, 1952 to Mr. Jose Nicolas Rodriguez and Mrs. Herminia Saldana Rodriguez in Brownsville, Texas.

Mr. Rodriguez is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Jose Nicolas Rodriguez and Mrs. Herminia Saldana Rodriguez and his brother-in-law, Robert Hinojosa.

Left to cherish his memories are his son, Nick Rodriguez; his daughters, Elizabeth (Juan) Flores, Nora (Jose) Medina; his brother, Antonio Rodriguez; his sisters, Graciela Hinojosa, Mary Alice (Juan) Lopez, Esperanza Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Preston Flores, Moishe Flores, Rebecca Flores, Sara Flores, Georgina Schevchenko, Natalie Medina, Aaron Medina and his great-granddaughter, Alina Schevchenko.

A Graveside Service for Mr. Jose Nicolas Rodriguez Jr. is scheduled for Monday, March 27, 2023 at 10:00 am at the Rio Grande Valley Veterans Cemetery in Mission.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
