Elsa- Jose Villarreal Sr., 67, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at his residence in Elsa.

Mr. Villarreal was born on July 14, 1955 to Mr. Gabino Villarreal Sr. and Mrs. Juana G. Villarreal in Mexico.

Mr. Villarreal is preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Juana G. Villarreal; his sons, Jorge Villarreal, Johnny Villarreal; his brother, Gabino Villarreal Jr.

Left to cherish his memories is his Loving Wife, Rosa Villarreal; his sons, Joe (Tracie) Villarreal Jr., Jerry (Joanna) Villarreal, Javier (Diana) Villarreal, Joey Villarreal III, Jason Villarreal; his father, Mr. Gabino Villarreal Sr; his sisters, Juana Gonzalez and Rosie Lopez; 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mr. Jose Villarreal Sr. is scheduled for Wednesday, October 12, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens in Elsa. A Funeral Mass will be held onThursday, October 13, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
