Jose Eduardo Ortiz Ramirez

McAllen - Jose Eduardo Ortiz Ramirez, 61, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance.

Mr. Ramirez was born January 3, 1961 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, son of Tirso Ortiz and Trinidad Ramirez. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Adrian Ortiz Ramirez and sister, Norma Ortiz Ramirez.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Dora Elva Fouyon; his children, Dora Evelyn Ortiz Fouyon, Jose Eduardo Ortiz Fouyon, Keren Ortiz Fouyon, Keyla Ortiz Fouyon; brothers, Jesus Ortiz Ramirez, Sergio Ortiz Ramirez, Mario Ortiz Ramirez; sisters, Alma Ortiz Ramirez, Sonia Ortiz Ramirez and Maria Luisa Ortiz Ramirez. Also surviving him are 7 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a prayer service at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Weslaco. As per his wishes, he will be cremated.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Weslaco.
