Juan G Alcantar

Donna- Juan G. Alcantar, 74, went to be with the Lord on October 28, 2020, surrounded by his family at his residence in Donna.

Mr. Alcantar was born on September 10, 1946, to Mr. Carmen Alcantar and Paula Garcia Alcantar in Elsa, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his brothers: Manuel Aguilar, Carmen Alcantar Jr., Lorenzo Alcantar, Tomas Alcantar; his sisters: Lupe Jalomo and Eulalia Benitez; his step-son- Joe Macias.

Left to cherish his memories is his loving wife: Maria E. Alcantar; his son: Juan (Linda) Alcantar Jr.; his daughters: Paula (Shawn) Plummer, Laura (Marco) Ruiz, Jeanie (James) Lopez, Lisa Alcantar and Chloe Alcantar; his step-son: Peter Macias; his step-daughters: Mary Jane Reyna and Virginia Macias; his sister Hilaria Lara; his sister-in-law: Dolores (Harold) Gilley; 8 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren.

As per his wishes Mr. Alcantar will be cremated at a later date.

Mr. Alcantar enjoyed football games and working at the Flea Market and having his daily breakfast with his friends. Mr. Alcantar was a black belt in Karate.
