Juan Villegas

Alamo, Texas - Juan Villegas, 76, passed away to be with the Lord on October 7, 2024 at Edinburg Regional Hospital.

Mr. Villegas was born on May 5, 1948 in El Paso, TX to Mr. Emilio Villegas & Mrs. Evarista Lucio.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Hilario Villegas, Isaias Villegas & one sister, Linda Villegas.

Juan Villegas is survived by his wife, Antonia Villegas; three sons, Jose Luis Martinez (Maria A.), Abel Villegas (Dora), Esequiel Villegas (Rosa Maria); four daughters, Maria Antonia Bernal (Danny), Janie Villegas (Leopoldo Hinojosa), Ruth Villegas, Maribel Villegas; two brothers, Emilio Villegas, David Villegas; four sisters, Benita Villegas, Longina Villegas, Petra Villegas & Lyda Villegas. Also surviving are 32 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren & 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Juan Villegas is scheduled for Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of Grace with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM. Cremation will take place at Val Verde Memorial Crematory.

Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
