Juana Ortiz Gonzalez

Brownsville - Juana Ortiz Gonzalez, 91, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at her residence.

Mrs. Ortiz Gonzalez was born November 18, 1928 in Mexico, daughter of Senovio Urbina and Apolinaria Lopez. She was preceded in death by her husband: Pelayo Gonzalez Hernandez; son: Pelayo Gonzalez and her son-in-law Gabriel Lopez.

Surviving her are her children, Raymundo (Maria Guadalupe Contreras) Rojas, Bralio (Maria Clara) Rojas. Elvia Gonzalez, Modesta Rojas; sister Reyes Betancourt. Also surviving her are numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren,

Visitation will be held Sunday, July 12, 2020 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. Prayer Service at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Angels. Cremation will be held at a later date.
