Judith Soto

Brownsville - Judith Soto, 41, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at her residence.

Ms. Soto was born September 20, 1982 in Brownsville, Texas. daughter of Armando Soto and Carmen Rios. She is preceded in death by her father.

Left to cherish her memories are her mother, Carmen Rios; her siblings, Rosa Maria Morales, Roberto Morales, Ricardo Morales, Armando Morales, Carmen Flores, Alejandra Morales, Lourdes Soto, Jose Rogelio Mata. Also surviving her is her longtime pet companion, Mateo and her loved ones from church choir, Cristobal Moises Rodriguez, La Guera Rodriguez, Lydia Rodriguez, Javier Rodriguez, Javier Rodriguez Jr., Rosie and the commnunity of Lady of Good Counsel.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 6, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. As per her wishes, she will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
