Left to cherish his memories are his sons, Julio Cesar Anastacio Garcia, Julio Cesar Garcia Jr., Juan Manuel Anastacio Garcia, Ruben Garcia; his daughters, Kayla Elyssa Garcia, Iris Marie Garcia; his parents, Mr. Pablo Lopez and Mrs. Orfelinda Arteaga Rios; his brothers, Homero Garcia Jr., Teodoro Garcia, Leopoldo Garcia, Daniel Lopez, Isaac Lopez, Pablo Lopez; his sisters, Yaraset Arteaga, Yajaira Huerta, Nancy Lopez, Diana Lopez.
Visitation for Mr. Julio Cesar Garcia is scheduled for Sunday, May 29, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 30, 2022 at 10:00 am at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
