Left to cherish her memories is her Loving Husband: Felemon Martinez; her parents: Mr. Filimon E. Garcia and Mrs. Rosa Delgado Garcia; her brothers: Manuel Garcia & Filimon E. Garcia Jr.; her sister: Tanya Garcia; her maternal grandparents: Manuel Delgado & Sara Delgado; her paternal grandmother: Concepcion Garcia and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation for Mrs. Lucia C. Garcia is scheduled for Tuesday, November 23, 2021 from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens in Elsa. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm followed by a Chapel Service at 12:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park of Weslaco.
