Manuela C. Lozano

Edcouch- Manuela C. Lozano, 87, passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissances in Edinburg.

She was born on April 24, 1934 to Mr. Natividad Charles and Mrs. Hortencia Cavazos in Donna, Texas.

Mrs. Lozano is preceded in death by her Husband: Concepcion Lozano; her parents:Mr. Natividad Charles and Mrs. Hortencia Cavazos; her brothers: Jose, Juan , Juventino, Ruben, Jose Maria, Guadalupe Charles; her sister: Maria Charles; her son in law: Miguel Tijerina.

Left to cherish her memories is her sons: Alfonso Rodriguez, Abraham (Socorro) Rodriguez, Armando (Jessica) Rodriguez, Alberto (Librada) Rodriguez; her daughters: Elva Tijerina, Hortencia (Noe Jr.) Tolento, Lorena (Abel) Castillo; her sister: Herminia Charles; 37 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great- grandchildren.

The family of Manuela C. Lozano will recieve family and friends on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 5:30 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 10:00 am at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
