Edinburg- Maria Alicia Gomez, 63, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at Windsor Arbor View Nursing Home in Edinburg, Texas.

Mrs. Gomez was born on February 7, 1960 to Mrs. Amelia Salinas in Mission, Texas.

Mrs. Gomez is preceded in death by her mother, Amelia Salinas; her siblings and her husband, Barbaro Gomez.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Richard (Rebecca Castellano) Salinas, Henry (Brandy) Gomez; her daughters, Michelle (David) Galindo, Barbara Gomez; her brother, Clemente Salinas and 7 grandchildren.

Visitation for Maria Alicia Gomez is scheduled Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of Grace in Weslaco. As per her wishes, Mrs. Gomez will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
