Maria Hortencia Krzywda

Brownsville, Texas – Maria Hortencia Krzywda, 74, passed away to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at her residence in Brownsville, Texas.

Maria was born on May 9, 1945, in Mexico to Toribio Encinia & Rosa Hernandez.

She is preceded in death by his loving husband: Walter Joseph Krzywda, her brothers: Feliciano Encinia and Toribio Encinia and her sisters: Maria del Refugio Encinia, Maria Guadalupe Encinia, Maria Inez Encinia.


Maria Hortencia is survived by her sons: Tomas Reyna (Rosario Perez), Joseph Julian Krzywda, Terry Krzywda (Lucy), daugthers: Maria C. Reyna, Adriana Araujo (Humberto Pena), Karen Krzywda, her sister: Maria del Rosario Encinia, her sister: Maria del Rosario Encinia and her 13 grandchildren.

Visitation for Maria Hortencia Krzywda is scheduled for Sunday, September 29, 2019, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 6:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home Chapel. A Chapel Service is scheduled for Monday, September 30, 2019, at 10:30 AM at Salinas Funeral Home. Interment will follow at RGV Veterans Cemetery.
